NanoHybrids, Inc. is a nanoparticle provider to the life science industry. Founded in 2009, NanoHybrids spun out of the University of Texas at Austin with a mission to provide contrast agents for photoacoustic imaging. Although this mission is still at the core of Nanohybrids, to survive trends and evolutions in technologies and the ever-changing economic climate the company has also had to evolve. During this lecture I will discuss NanoHybrids’s story from fledging startup to sustainable company.
Jason Cook, Ph.D. is currently the CEO and lead scientist of NanoHybrids, Inc. He obtained his Ph.D. in biomedical engineering from the University of Texas at Austin in 2013.
