“The work that I am doing may one day assist in providing new ways of identifying and monitoring cancer.  This means that physicians could find cancer earlier and provide patients with better treatment options, tailored to their individual disease at that moment in time.  This would improve patient’s prognosis and quality of life, which is the most important thing in the world.”
