Our research focuses on investigating the role of Th1 cells in early colorectal cancer lesions. Throughout the course of the next few months, we will work on isolating Th1 cells from mice samples and conducting co-culture experiments alongside tumor organoids. Through these co-culture studies, we aim to gain a deeper understanding of the direct interactions between Th1 cells and tumor cells. Additionally, we seek to explore the possibility of genetically modifying both the organoids and Th1 cells to directly modulate and manipulate their interactions. By delving into these aspects, we aim to uncover novel insights into the dynamics between Th1 cells and tumor microenvironments in early colorectal cancer, potentially paving the way for innovative therapeutic approaches.
